Warranty is included in the monthly subscription. This gives you peace of mind so you don’t have to worry about hardware. All equipment owned by Omni Wireless Inc will be replaced or upgraded for free, this includes on-site service at your location.
Yes! All of our plans include unlimited data without the fine print. You can surf, download or stream as much as you want and your speeds will never be reduced. Ever!
When streaming videos online, the download speed required depends on the quality of the video you would like to watch. We recommend 10 Mbps for SD (standard definition) video, 20 Mbps for HD (High Definition) video, and minimum of 50 Mbps for Ultra HD (4K) video.
If you would like to use additional devices while you are streaming, you will need to increase your download speed to improve image quality and enjoy using multiple services.
Most of the time, your advertised speed is measured from your home/office to your ISP (Internet Service Provider). Your download speed on the other hand, is measured from your device (computer, laptop, smartphone, etc) to the download server. When you download (an app, game, tv, movies, etc), there are many factors involved: your device speed, number of devices connected to your router, your wifi signal to your router, the location of the download server you are trying to download from, the download server bandwidth available, etc.
If there is a discrepancy between your advertised speed and your download speed, you can contact us for more information.
